Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of documents do you work with?
We work with whatever your team already has — internal reports, process documents, research notes, meeting summaries, shared drives, and similar materials. We do not require any particular format before starting.
How long does each service typically take?
The Knowledge Structure Review generally takes one to two weeks from the point we receive your sample documents. The Knowledge Map Setup is usually four to six weeks. The Connected Knowledge Programme is scoped per engagement, typically two to four months depending on the number of departments involved.
Do we need any special tools or software installed?
Not necessarily. We work with tools your team already uses where possible. If a particular tool would serve you well, we discuss this early and factor it into the plan — we do not assume any setup is already in place.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. We handle all client documents with discretion and are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any materials are shared. Client information is not used outside the scope of the engagement.
What happens after a service is delivered?
Each service comes with documentation your team can refer to going forward. For the Knowledge Map Setup and Connected Knowledge Programme, we include training or a guide so your team can take ownership of the structure without needing us on an ongoing basis — unless you choose a follow-up engagement.
Can we start with a smaller service and move to a larger one later?
Yes, and many teams do exactly this. The Knowledge Structure Review is often a useful first step — it gives you a clearer picture of what a full setup would involve before committing to a larger engagement.
