These terms govern your use of the Brannoch website at brannoch.sbs and the knowledge structuring services we provide. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

2. Use of This Website
- You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from this website without written permission from Brannoch.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
- We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website at any time without prior notice.
Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Brannoch makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that information on the website is complete, current, or free from error.
3. Services
Brannoch offers three knowledge structuring services:
Knowledge Structure Review — RM 540
An entry-level review of a sample of your documents, a small example structure sketch, and a written summary. Intended for teams assessing whether a structured approach would be appropriate for their situation.
Knowledge Map Setup — RM 1,780
A structured setup engagement including document review, knowledge structure build, a structure guide, and a training session for the relevant team. Delivered over an agreed schedule.
Connected Knowledge Programme — RM 3,000
A wider engagement covering multiple departments or sources, including multi-source setup, defined review cycles, and a maintenance guide for internal ownership of the structure over time.
Pricing is as stated at the time of engagement. Brannoch reserves the right to amend pricing for future engagements with reasonable notice. Agreed pricing for a confirmed engagement will not change after a service agreement is signed.
4. Service Agreements and Payment
- Each engagement is confirmed by a written service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is payable upon signing and the balance upon delivery of the final output.
- Where the client requests work that falls outside the agreed scope, this will be discussed and agreed in writing before any additional work begins.
- Invoices are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing materials, feedback, and access to relevant team members as needed for the engagement to proceed.
- Materials shared with Brannoch must be materials the client has the right to share. The client warrants that sharing these materials does not breach any third-party rights or obligations.
- Delays in providing required inputs may affect delivery timelines. Brannoch will communicate any timeline impact promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, layout, and structure — is the intellectual property of Brannoch unless otherwise indicated.
Deliverables produced as part of a service engagement (including structure documents, guides, and example sketches) are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the service agreement. Brannoch retains the right to use anonymised descriptions of engagement types and outcomes for illustrative purposes, without identifying the client.
Client materials shared during an engagement remain the property of the client. Brannoch will not retain or reproduce client materials beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed service.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information received from the other party as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Where a client requests a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing materials, this can be arranged prior to the engagement beginning.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brannoch's services are consultancy services. We provide structured knowledge organisation outputs based on materials and information provided to us. We do not warrant that use of our outputs will produce any particular organisational or operational result.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Brannoch's total liability to a client arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.
Brannoch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website.
9. Cancellation and Withdrawal
- Either party may withdraw from an engagement by written notice. Cancellation terms — including any applicable deposit conditions — are specified in the individual service agreement.
- Where work has already begun at the time of cancellation, fees for work completed to that point are payable.
- Brannoch may withdraw from an engagement if the client materially breaches these terms or the service agreement, after giving written notice of the breach and a reasonable period to remedy it.
10. External Links
This website may link to external websites for reference. Brannoch is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites. A link does not constitute endorsement.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with Brannoch shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
