Three Ways to Bring Structure to Your Knowledge

Each service is designed for a different stage of readiness — from a first look at your documents to a full multi-department connected knowledge programme.

// how we approach this

Our Methodology

Every engagement follows the same underlying process — we look at what you have, identify what should connect, and build a structure that your team can actually use and maintain. The depth of that process varies by service tier.

01

Discovery

We collect and review your documents and ask questions about how your team works and what information gaps you experience.

02

Mapping

We identify the key nodes of knowledge and how they relate — what should link to what, and what is missing entirely.

03

Build

We construct the structure, write the guide, and test it against real scenarios your team is likely to face.

04

Handover

We deliver written documentation and, in the two larger tiers, a training session so your team is set up to maintain everything independently.

Knowledge Structure Review
Entry Service RM 540

Knowledge Structure Review

An entry service for teams that are curious about organising scattered information into a connected view but are not ready to commit to a full setup. We review a sample of your documents, sketch a small example structure, and discuss what may help. Suited to research and operations teams who want to understand the problem before addressing it.

What is included:

  • Review of a document sample (up to 20 items)
  • Example structure sketch showing connections
  • One discussion session (1 hour) to walk through findings
  • Written summary with observations and suggestions
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks Best for: Research or ops teams new to knowledge structuring

For Internal Teams RM 1,780

Knowledge Map Setup

For teams that are ready to link their information together. This service builds a starter knowledge structure drawing on your own material, with a clear update routine your team can follow. The result is a navigable, documented structure with a guide that explains how it was built and how to maintain it.

What is included:

  • Full document review and structure design
  • Implementation in your existing tools or a recommended tool
  • Structure guide document for your team
  • One training session (up to 2 hours) for your team
  • Update routine guidance
Typical duration: 4–6 weeks Best for: Internal teams with accumulated documents and no current structure

Multi-Department RM 3,000

Connected Knowledge Programme

A wider engagement covering several departments and sources. Designed for organisations where knowledge gaps span multiple teams or where coordination is a recurring challenge.

What is included:

  • Multi-source and multi-department document review
  • Cross-linked knowledge structure setup
  • Structured review cycle plan
  • Maintenance guide for internal ownership
  • Training sessions for relevant team members
Typical duration: 2–4 months (scoped per engagement) Best for: Organisations with knowledge spread across multiple teams

Standards We Apply to Every Engagement

Data Confidentiality

All client materials are handled with discretion. NDAs are available before any documents are shared, and we do not retain data after an engagement closes.

Written Outputs Only

Every engagement produces a written deliverable. There are no verbal handovers or informal summaries that disappear after the project ends.

Regular Progress Updates

We update clients throughout each engagement. If anything changes in scope or timeline, we raise it promptly rather than at the final delivery.

PDPA-Aligned Data Handling

Our data practices are aligned with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not use client data for any purpose outside the agreed engagement.

Tool-Agnostic Design

We work around your existing tools where possible. We do not recommend software unless it genuinely serves the structure we are building.

Internal Ownership Transfer

The goal of every engagement is for your team to own the output independently. We do not build structures that require ongoing consultancy to maintain.
