Siti Lailatul
Research Manager · Petaling Jaya
"We used the Knowledge Structure Review first, which helped us see what was actually missing before we committed to anything more. The written summary was direct and practical — it pointed to specific gaps we had not named clearly ourselves. We ended up moving to the Map Setup about three months later."

Ahmad Mustaqim
Head of Operations · Shah Alam
"The Map Setup took about five weeks. The training session at the end was the part I was most uncertain about — I was not sure the team would take to the structure — but Yee Ling ran it well and it addressed the questions that came up naturally. Four months on, the structure is still being used and updated."

Ng Tze Lin
Knowledge Lead · Kuala Lumpur
"I had tried to build a knowledge base for our team before, but it fell apart after two months because nobody knew how to keep it current. Brannoch's approach was different — they built the update routine into the structure from the start. The maintenance guide is something my team actually refers to."

Radziah Ibrahim
Research Coordinator · Cyberjaya
"The Structure Review was worth doing even though we were not sure what to expect. It surfaced things we knew were a problem but had not articulated clearly. My one note would be that the turnaround could have been a little faster — it took nearly two weeks — but the output itself was solid."

Chong Wei Ming
Internal Comms Manager · Bangsar South
"We brought Brannoch in for the Connected Knowledge Programme across three departments. It was a longer engagement than the smaller services, and there were points where coordination was a challenge on our side — which is honestly more of a comment on how distributed our teams are. Nadia was clear and patient throughout, and the final structure has been a genuine improvement."

Faizal Harun
Deputy Director · Putrajaya
"What I appreciated was that they did not try to sell us a software subscription. They looked at what we had, designed the structure around it, and the guide they produced was written in plain language. My team did not need extensive IT background to understand and follow it."

Engagement Summaries
A closer look at how three recent engagements developed and what changed as a result.
Research Unit · Klang Valley
Knowledge Map Setup RM 1,780A six-person research team had four years of reports, notes, and literature reviews spread across personal drives, a shared folder, and an email archive. New team members were spending two to three days just locating relevant background material for each project.
Brannoch ran a document review covering the team's research archive, mapped the key topic areas and their relationships, and built a navigable structure within the team's existing drive system. A one-page update protocol was included with the guide.
Background location time reduced to under two hours for new team members. The structure has been updated by the team independently through three project cycles since handover. Duration: 5 weeks.
"We were not looking for a big technology project. We just needed the information to be findable. That is what we got."
Operations Division · Kuala Lumpur
Connected Knowledge Programme RM 3,000An operations division with four departments had process documentation that had grown independently in each team. Cross-department handovers were slow because staff had to ask colleagues for context that should have been documented but was not.
The programme covered all four departments over three months. Brannoch reviewed existing documentation, identified overlaps and gaps, and built a unified structure with a cross-department index. Review cycles were set at quarterly intervals with assigned internal owners per department.
Cross-department handover time decreased noticeably in post-implementation review. Internal ownership was confirmed after the first quarterly review cycle was completed without external support. Duration: 3 months.
"The structure they built reflects how our work actually flows, which is something we had never managed to document properly ourselves."
Policy Team · Selangor
Knowledge Structure Review RM 540A small policy team had been discussing organising their reference materials for over a year but had not committed to any approach. They were unsure whether the volume of material justified a structured setup, or whether they could manage with minor adjustments to their current system.
Brannoch reviewed a sample of 15 documents across their policy files, produced an example structure sketch, and delivered a written summary with a specific assessment of whether a fuller setup was warranted given the team's size and update frequency.
The summary helped the team make a clear decision — they opted for a modified version of their existing system based on the structure sketch, without commissioning a full setup. The team found the review useful as a standalone piece of work. Duration: 10 days.
"What we valued was the honest assessment. The summary told us what would and would not be worth doing for a team of our size."
